Experienced running coach, elite athlete, Inov8 International Trail Running Team Member Shona Stephenson will access your running action, formulate a strength and conditioning program.
Shona’s goal is to build a balanced body.
This will improve your running technique, and increase your performance.
Correct Running Technique will increase your efficiency, improve your speed and prevent injuries. Shona works closely with Physiotherapist and has developed an injury prevention program to reduce the risk of repetitive strain and running related injuries.
Running injuries are common yet many of them can be prevented with functional strength, plyometrics, agility, speed, hill, stretch and cross training. Shona will develop a program that will fit in with your skills, past injuries and favourite cross training chosen exercises.
Shona will individually Designed Training Program written especially for your chosen event, fitness, biomechanics and ability.
She has guided may clients to their first Fun Run and then on to compete in their first Ultra Marathon. Shona is passionate about teaching her clients how to run and see’s “Running” as an important skill to learn.

Speed to Improve your Leg Speed, Lactic Threshold, Build Strength and Improve your Recovery.
Tempo Run Improve VO2 Max and Cardiovascular Endurance.
Easy Jog to Recovery Session.
Long Distance Slow to improve your cardiovascular endurance, teach your body how to use Fat as a Fuel.
Stretching ROM and Static Stretching to prevent injuries and to increase your range of motion.
