Your Mums n Bubs Trainer with be Shona Stephenson.
Shona Stephenson is a mum of two with 5 years experience with Mums n Bubs Group Training Sessions. Shona lost 18 kilos in a year after having her first child (now aged 8) and since having her 2nd child (now aged 6) has turned herself into a sponsored athlete who is on the inov8 International Trail Running Team.
Shona Stephenson is a fully qualified Master Personal Trainer with Cert 111 Cert 1V Qualifications, First Aid Certificates, Sports Nutrition Certificates, Outdoor Fitness Trainer Certificates.
Mums n Bubs at Outdoor PT Brisbane is a safe, fun and friendly way to get fit and lose weight after having your children.
All children from 6 weeks to under school aged are accepted in the class. You can have more than one child in the class too.
In our Mums n Bubs we provide the following equipment

Boot Camps fitness ability is varied
At Mums n Bubs Brisbane we believe in encouraging all Mums to exercise. It does not matter if you have not exercised for a year. You will be guided though the progressive exercise levels. Your strength and cardiovascular fitness will develop as your skill level does.

The class goes for 1 hour.
We have Flexi Start Times. Start any time between 9am and 10am and work out for an hour. The Session will finish at 11am. This allows for your babies/toddlers sleep patterns/feeding times
