Outdoor Personal Trainer Brisbane Injury Prevention Program is run by Shona Stephenson. Shona Stephenson is a fully qualified Master Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist and Elite Sponsored Athlete with over 7 years experience with athletes at all stages of their health and fitness journey.

Being Injured is not fun. We believe that our experience with running injury prevention we can guide you though your training program without injury meaning you will reach your goal and enjoy success.
We have the experience to train you for any event from 5km, 10km, 1/2 Marathon, Marathon, Ultra Trail Marathon to 100 Miles, Multi Stage Events and More.
Our Injury Prevention Running Programs are designed in consultation with physiotherapist so you get the safest and most efficient workout from every Session.
No two weeks Injury Prevention Running Programs sessions are the same. We include elements of Body Weight Exercises, Cross Fit, Athletic Drills, Stretching to achieve a functional balanced body.
